Estate planning puts your decisions in writing

Name who’s in charge, who can help, and where assets go in a way that honors your final wishes, the way you choose.

What Most People Miss About Estate Planning

You may be thinking, “I don’t have enough to protect”, or that your family will “just know” what to do. But even small estates can create big confusion, and that stress often falls on the people you were trying to protect.

Meet Kendra Riley, lead attorney for Legacy Planners. In this short video, she shares how her step-by-step process takes the fear and pressure out of planning, replacing them with peace of mind.

Like Life, Estate Plans Aren’t One-Size-Fits-All.

Estate planning is clear decisions, documented the right way, so the right people are empowered, and fewer court steps are required. At Legacy Planners, we take a relationship-first approach to estate planning that evolves with you over time. Whether you’re building your life, caring for others, or preparing for the unexpected, we’re here to help you protect what matters most.

From wills and trusts to healthcare directives and long-term care planning, we offer step-by-step legal guidance designed for real life.

Don’t wait for a worst-case scenario to plan for the future. Take care of your legacy today!

Protect Your Loved Ones

Legacy Planners protects loved ones

You’ve worked hard for what you have, and it’s worth protecting with care.

The last thing you want is for your loved ones to be left guessing about your wishes or struggling with unnecessary legal hurdles.

We’ll walk you through the documents that matter most—Wills, Trusts, health care directives, and Powers of Attorney—so that every decision is documented and every detail is clear.

With a plan in place, you can be confident that your family won’t just inherit assets, they’ll inherit the guidance and protection you intended, with your values and priorities at the heart of it all.

Make Confident Legal Decisions

Our job is to know every legal detail so we can guide you step-by-step.

We take the time to explain what each option really means for you and your family, breaking down complicated legal terms into clear, everyday language.

Whether you’re deciding how to structure a trust, protect property, or plan for future care, we make sure you understand not just the “what,” but also the “why” behind each choice.

With Legacy Planners, you’ll have the knowledge, support, and confidence to move forward without confusion, second-guessing, or pressure.

Adapt Your Plan As Life Changes

Life evolves. So should your plan. Marriage, children, career changes, retirement—every season brings new priorities and responsibilities.

An estate plan shouldn’t be something you set once and forget; it should be a living framework that adapts as your life unfolds.

Whether you’re preparing for a major milestone or simply want the peace of mind that comes from being proactive, we create plans that grow with you and reflect your values at every stage.

At Legacy Planners, your plan is built for every chapter, not just the final one.

You leave with a complete, executed plan that works the way you designed.

Your first year includes our Maintenance Plan. We check in, review beneficiary designations, answer questions as you fund accounts, and make minor updates as life happens.

After the first year, you choose what fits: continue on the Maintenance Plan (flat annual fee) or reach out as needed on a per-update basis. Either way, we keep your plan current and enforceable.

What Happens If I Don’t Plan?

Here’s the reality: estate planning isn’t really about you.

It’s about not adding stress, confusion, or legal mess to what’s already going to be an emotional time for the people you love.

  • Tense conversations about “what you would’ve wanted”
  • Delays or legal expenses just to access your accounts
  • The emotional weight of making medical or financial decisions without guidance
  • Second-guessing everything while they’re still grieving
  • It’s easy to put this off until something happens.

Ask yourself, do I want my family to be left to deal with:

If the answer is no, it’s time to book your Truth Talk. Let’s handle this together
